Overview

The Role Recruitment Manager – Real Estate Developer. Salary – 15k-20k (plus commission about 5-7k per month). Location – Dubai. Language - Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Slovak.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower needs efficiently.
  • Partner with department heads to understand current and future hiring requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for core real estate roles including brokers, sales executives, leasing agents, engineers, and administrative staff.
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to meet KPIs and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, social media, and agency partnerships effectively.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract top real estate talent.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and present hiring progress to senior management.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in managerial roles within the real estate sector.
