Job Description

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement of technical components including hardware, PCBs, software and IT resources. You will ensure the integrity and security of the supply chain for sensitive projects while leading and developing a team of procurement professionals. This position is key to supporting high-stakes programs where quality, reliability, and on-time delivery are critical.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of procurement professionals to deliver effective and reliable procurement operations.
• Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with defense and aerospace project requirements.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality components with a focus on hardware, PCBs, software and IT.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring compliance with technical, quality and security standards.
• Assess suppliers for cost-effectiveness, delivery capability and risk management to maintain a resilient supply chain.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D and project management teams to align procurement with technical specifications and project timelines.
