Senior Product Manager, Autonomous Software — SteerAI, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

SteerAI is an autonomous mobility technology company powered by VentureOne, the commercialization arm of the Advanced Technology Research Council. SteerAI’s AI-powered autonomy stack, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute, enables logistics and defense industries by turning industrial vehicles into autonomous systems for complex off-road missions, transforming operations and protecting organizations' assets: their workforce.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of software products critical to the deployment and scalability of SteerAI's autonomous vehicle systems. You will work across engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver mission-critical software that solves complex real-world problems, and help scale transformative mobility solutions by integrating software and hardware into reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest value and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and solve complex, high-stakes challenges.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, requirement gathering, planning, design, development to deployment and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on execution.
• Partner closely with clients and technology stakeholders to understand their goals, ensure alignment, and deliver products that solve real-world needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously refine product strategy and ensure long-term differentiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in software, ideally in complex or technical environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience building software products that are tightly integrated with hardware systems (e.g., robotics, IoT, autonomous vehicles, or industrial control systems)
• Proven track record of leading software products from concept through delivery in mission-critical, enterprise and deep-tech contexts

Nice to have

• Background in autonomy, logistics, defense, or other complex, technology-driven sectors
• Demonstrated success in identifying and achieving product–market fit in high-complexity or emerging technology domains
