A regulated crypto exchange is seeking an Operations Manager in Sharjah, UAE. You will manage daily operations, optimize workflows, and handle client interactions in accordance with compliance regulations. The role involves negotiating on behalf of the company and ensuring the operational teams are aligned towards growth. Strong experience in operations management and risk assessment is essential. - Proven experience in operations management in a high-risk segment.
- Good understanding of compliance workflows and risk assessment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle client conflicts.
Responsabilidades
- Manage daily operations across onboarding, support, and compliance.
- Negotiate on behalf of the company for deals and sales.
- Track and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related risks.
Conocimientos
We are a regulated crypto exchange operating in Europe, with licenses and compliance infrastructure already in place. Our clients come from high-risk segments, and we need an Operations Manager to run the daily execution, optimize workflows, and align teams towards growth. You'll report to the General Manager and work closely with the compliance, sales, and payments teams.
- Manage day-to-day operations across onboarding, support, and compliance workflows
- Be on top of every single step across all pipeline stages
- Be the representative for any conflicts or issues that shall arise with clients
- Negotiate on behalf of companies for deals and sales agreements
- Track and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related risk
- Assess and document the risk level of each partner or campaign
- Help promote the brand through social media execution (not strategy)
- Oversee remote support and operational teams
- Develop SOPs and ensure regulatory alignment in workflows
- Collaborate with Legal and IT on technical issue handling Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and escalation pipelines
