A leading legal firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced lawyer to provide expert legal advice on HR matters and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years' experience in the UAE, preferably in labor law and corporate matters, and is proficient in legal drafting and negotiation. Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license, and Arabic language skills are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years practicing law in the UAE, focusing on labor law and corporate matters.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Responsabilités
- Provide expert legal advice on HR matters and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Handle legal processes related to the TAMM system.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws.
- Advise management on potential legal risks.
