Community Lead (Web3/DeFi Protocol)

Location: Remote – US/Europe/Latam/Dubai (must have 5hrs overlap with EST)

Compensation: $130k - $180k

We are building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy.

Role Summary: This foundational role builds and activates a world‑class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the end‑to‑end community strategy that drives engagement, education, and evangelism.
  • Build, manage, and scale online communities on Discord, X, Telegram, cultivating a positive culture and fostering grassroots advocacy.
  • Lead the creation of community‑focused content and organize digital and in‑person events (AMAs, workshops, meetups).
  • Grow and empower the next generation of on‑chain users, developers, and advocates; translate community feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Act as a key public‑facing representative for the protocol, creating clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Community Management, Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within the crypto or Web3 industry.
  • Deep familiarity with crypto culture, the DeFi landscape, and major ecosystems (EVM, Solana).
  • Proven success in managing and significantly growing online communities and running successful campaigns and ambassador programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously and create momentum in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events, AMAs, and content initiatives.
