Job description

We are a regulated crypto exchange operating in Europe, with licenses and compliance infrastructure already in place. Our clients come from high-risk segments, and we need an Operations Manager to run the daily execution, optimize workflows, and align teams towards growth. You'll report to the General Manager and work closely with the compliance, sales, and payments teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across onboarding, support, and compliance workflows
• Be on top of every single step across all pipeline stages
• Be the representative for any conflicts or issues that shall arise with clients
• Negotiate on behalf of companies for deals and sales agreements
• Track and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related risk
• Assess and document the risk level of each partner or campaign
• Help promote the brand through social media execution (not strategy)
• Oversee remote support and operational teams
• Develop SOPs and ensure regulatory alignment in workflows
• Collaborate with Legal and IT on technical issue handling Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and escalation pipelines
