The ideal candidate will be a multiskilled technician responsible for ensuring the functionality of heating, plumbing, and alarm systems, requiring expertise in mechanical and electrical domains.
Formación
- Multiskilled technician with qualifications for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Experience in maintaining heating and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and related requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Perform maintenance tasks for electrical systems including replacing bulbs and cleaning circuit panels.
- Survey building conditions and carry out necessary repairs.
- Inspect alarm systems and schedule necessary repairs.
