Job summary
A luxury hospitality brand in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Intern to join their team. You will maintain guest rooms, uphold service standards, and work collaboratively with hotel colleagues. - Maintain and clean guests rooms including replenishing room supplies.
- Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy.
- Report any maintenance-related issues to the Housekeeping Department.
- Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.

- Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing
- Maintain the public and general areas
- Report any maintenance-related issue to the Housekeeping Department
- Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
- Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues / departments in a thoughtful manner.
- Be an ambassador for the brand.
- Empathetically listen to client queries / complaints and work with colleagues / management to find solutions.
