The Restaurant Supervisor supports the restaurant management team by overseeing daily operations ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a efficient work environment. They supervise staff assist with training and ensure that service standards safety regulations and cleanliness are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead motivate and oversee restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Monitor food quality presentation and service to meet company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
  • Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
  • Promote a positive work environment and teamwork among staff.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
