Resumo da oferta
An engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified architectural professional to lead coordination and oversee design compliance on large projects. Candidates should possess a degree in Architecture, have 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years on large projects, and must have proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. A UAE driving license is preferred. This role involves monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 8-10 years postgraduate experience, including 5 years on large projects.
- Ability to resolve design issues on site.
- Good knowledge of building codes.
Responsabilidades
- Lead coordination with other disciplines.
- Assist Resident Engineer with contractual duties.
- Process contract documents and assist with administration.
- Review production drawings and construction documents.
- Monitor adherence to contract documents and specifications.
