Job summary
A leading FinTech company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture relationships with Enterprise merchants. The candidate will serve as a business advisor, crafting account development plans focused on revenue. Ideal applicants should have a solid understanding of e-commerce and payments technologies, along with at least 2 years of experience in the FinTech industry. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a PSP Acquirer or similar role.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management in the FinTech industry.
- Ability to balance multiple opportunities and adapt to changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Craft merchant-specific account development plans focusing on revenue generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants through consistent communication.
- Analyze merchant performance and provide recommendations to improve payment flow.
