Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a well-established business and work with a dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. We are willing to consider applicants from diverse backgrounds and with different levels of experience, including recent immigrants. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 AED per month.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with clients and handling their queries in a timely and professional manner
• Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance and repairs
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring efficient use of meeting rooms
• Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is filed correctly
• Coordinating staff activities and maintaining employee records
• Maintaining health & safety regulations and ensuring the office is kept tidy
• Dealing with incoming emails, phone calls, post and other correspondence
• Assisting with payroll processing if necessary
