The Accounting Supervisor oversees the company's accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, manages accounting staff, and maintains compliance with applicable standards and regulations. They play a key role in supervising day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting team.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures.
Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
