The ideal candidate holds a degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, or Food Technology, and has 6 to 10 years in the poultry industry with hands-on management experience in production. We are hiring an experienced Plant Manager Poultry PreMix for a reputed manufacturing client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the poultry industry specifically in poultry premix production with handson experience in setting up and managing plant operations.
This role demands leadership in driving efficiency quality and safety across plant operations while ensuring seamless production of poultry feed premixes.
- Oversee complete operations of the Poultry PreMix manufacturing plant.
- Lead the setup and commissioning of new premix production lines and equipment.
- Manage and optimize production processes to achieve efficiency quality and cost targets.
- Monitor raw material usage inventory levels and production planning.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D and procurement teams for formulation and raw material sourcing.
- Train and lead plant staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Prepare reports on plant performance production output and quality metrics.
- Bachelors degree in Animal Science Veterinary Agriculture Food Technology or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in the Poultry industry with proven expertise in Poultry PreMix plant operations.
- Handson experience in setting up running and managing premix manufacturing units.
- Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation is a plus.
- Excellent leadership planning and communication skills.
- Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.
