The Solution Expert SAP Retail SD/Ecommerce is responsible for designing and implementing best business processes in a SAP environment to support customers' business needs. This role involves leading and participating in activities such as new scope & requirements, break-fix work, testing, and support.
About the requirements
Solution Delivery: Collaborate with implementation teams to develop, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure adherence to development standards and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Other Key Responsibilities: Engage with IT managers and stakeholders, contribute to business process improvements, and maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuous learning.
Technical Skills: SAP solution design, deep SAP functional knowledge, consulting skills, business process expertise, proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, hands-on experience in ECC6 & S/4 HANA SD module – OTC, Returns, Sales order, Pricing, Master data, Business Partner, Credit Management, Pricing Procedure, Outputs, Idocs, Rebate management. Configuration of POS Outbound/Inbound Profile, Sales Per Receipt/Aggregated Sales posting.
Personal Attributes: Innovative thinking, customer focus, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, strong customer relationship building capability.
People Management: Effectively lead, manage, and coordinate the SAP SD team. Facilitate communication between SAP SD and other departments, provide training and support to end-users, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Competency: Deep knowledge of SAP SD module configuration and customization, experience with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP), proficiency in ABAP debugging is a plus.
