Job description

The Senior HR Associate – HR Data & Analytics is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions that enhance decision-making across the Human Resources functions. The role supports data cleansing, structuring, analysis, categorization, and visualization across all HR activities, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility through platforms such as Excel dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, SAP Employee Central, SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors. This role provides evidence-based insights, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to drive workforce planning, talent management, compensation management, and employee experience strategies.

HR Data Analytics & Reporting – Role Overview

1. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain integrity and quality of HR master data across:
  • Excel
  • SAP (Employee Central, HCM)
  • SuccessFactors
  • Lead data cleansing, validation, and categorization for all HR functions
  • Prepare and maintain HR operational and strategic dashboards:
  • Headcount
  • Attrition
  • Hiring
  • Promotions
  • Learning
  • Diversity metrics
  • Emiratization
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and confidential reporting for internal and external stakeholders

2. Dashboard Development & Automation

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scorecards using:
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced Excel tools
  • Automate recurring reports and KPIs to improve efficiency
  • Enable self-service dashboards for HR business partners and functional leaders

3. Analytics and Insights

  • Analyze HR data trends to support:
  • Workforce planning

  • Compensation strategies
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses:
  • Attrition forecasting
  • Diversity ratios

4. System Integration & Enhancements

  • Act as liaison between HR and IT to:
  • Optimize HRIS functionality
  • Resolve technical data issues

  • Recommend system/process improvements based on analytics

5. Data Governance & Compliance

Experience Requirements

  • 5–8 years in:
