The Senior HR Associate – HR Data & Analytics is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions that enhance decision-making across the Human Resources functions. The role supports data cleansing, structuring, analysis, categorization, and visualization across all HR activities, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility through platforms such as Excel dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, SAP Employee Central, SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors. This role provides evidence-based insights, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to drive workforce planning, talent management, compensation management, and employee experience strategies.

1. HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain integrity and quality of HR master data across:
- Excel
- SAP (Employee Central, HCM)
- SuccessFactors
- Lead data cleansing, validation, and categorization for all HR functions
- Prepare and maintain HR operational and strategic dashboards:

Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years in:
- HR data analytics
- HR reporting
- HRIS administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP (Employee Central, HCM, SuccessFactors) or equivalent ERP (e.g., Oracle)
- Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced Excel (Descriptive & Analytical Stats, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA preferred)
- Prior exposure to HR shared services or corporate HR environment
