A multinational automation solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join their Engineering SCADA department. The role involves developing SCADA systems, creating specifications, and delivering training. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4 years of experience with AVEVA System Platform. This is a contractual position offering a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop User Requirement Specifications.
- Create detailed software and hardware design specifications.
- Design, write, implement, test, and document SCADA and HMI logic/scripts.
- Develop and execute SCADA system validation/testing protocols.
- Specify and procure relevant software and licenses.
- Assist with man-hour estimation for project execution.
- Install, test, and commission SCADA systems onsite.
- Deliver training to operators and engineers on SCADA systems.
