Our Senior Consultant will support and manage the delivery of our project engagement services and specific projects in Growth & Innovation as part of the Middle East team. They will be responsible for focusing on particular areas, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery against agreed outcomes.

The activities and projects are diverse, providing the Senior Consultant with opportunities to utilize various skills, focus on specific areas, and develop the role based on their experience and interests.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

1. Supporting and managing the delivery of assigned innovation projects
2. Documenting needs and solution requirements
3. Technology scouting, solution identification, and validation
4. Conducting due diligence research and documentation
5. Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders
6. Performing other delegated duties as required

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will work on projects covering topics such as:

1. Innovation strategy development and implementation
2. Capability-building projects using methodologies like design thinking and innovation management
3. Managing business projects involving internal stakeholders and third parties

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background (e.g., Engineering or Business) from a top-tier university
• 4-6 years of experience in technology research and innovation environments
• Experience in planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical projects
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like Gantt charts
• Experience leading complex technical innovation projects
• Ability to understand technical discussions and documentation
• Knowledge of open innovation, intellectual property, and technology scouting
• Strong understanding of Innovation and Future Foresight
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English
