The Junior Accountant is an entry-level position designed for individuals seeking to build a career in accounting. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including preparation of financial reports, maintenance of financial records, and supporting the senior accounting team. • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files with precision.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with diligence.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Record, sort and file daily financial transactions as needed.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and data.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support during the annual audit processes as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Proven work experience in a similar junior accounting role is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under deadlines.
