Job summary
A leading human resources firm in Dubai is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee training and development programs. You will assess training needs, design effective programs, and monitor their effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus).
- 3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and training tools.

- Manage the full L&D cycle — from needs analysis to evaluation
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions
- Monitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
- Organize workshops, e-learning, seminars, and external training sessions
- Maintain and update training records, calendars, and budgets
- Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives
- Stay up to date with L&D trends, best practices, and tools
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)
- 3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess training ROI
- Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
