The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
• Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc recruitment activities.

Requirements
