Ensuring smooth HR operations within the hotel by managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance activities. They contribute to building a positive workplace culture, ensure employee engagement, and support operational needs.
Conduct Engagement activities, recruitment activities and employee life cycle exercise.
Graduation, Masters in Business administration or Post graduate diploma in Human resources Management or any other relevant education.
2-3 years of work experience.
Should be fluent in English and preferably the Regional dialect.
External Vendors and Labour Office. Internal Internal Departments.
