A leading consulting firm in Dubai seeks a Junior Human Resources Consultant to support HR projects including job evaluations, policy design, and talent assessments. The Junior Human Resources Consultant is responsible for supporting the wider HR team in delivering HR projects in the areas of Job Description, Job Evaluation, HR Policy and Procedures Design, Organization Structuring, Talent Assessments, etc.
