Role Overview
The Senior Emiratisation Partner is responsible for developing, executing, and enhancing the organisation’s Emiratisation strategy. This role plays a critical part in increasing the representation, development, and retention of UAE Nationals across the company. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and business units to ensure alignment with UAE labour regulations and national Emiratisation goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Emiratisation Strategy Development & Execution
- Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s Emiratisation strategy.
- Ensure alignment with UAE government regulations and industry best practices.
- Partner with leadership to set annual Emiratisation targets and action plans.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead recruitment initiatives to attract high‑potential UAE National talent across all functions.
- Build strong relationships with universities, government entities, and talent networks.
- Oversee end‑to‑end hiring processes for Emirati candidates.
3. Development & Retention of UAE National Employees
- Create structured career development pathways for Emirati employees.
- Implement retention programs, mentorship initiatives, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular engagement and performance discussions with UAE National staff.
4. Training & Development of Emirati Talent
- Identify skill gaps and design tailored training programs.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to deliver impactful training solutions.
- Monitor progress and ensure continuous capability building.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate Emiratisation dashboards and compliance reports.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Skills
Mandatory Requirement
- UAE National with Family Book (applications from other nationalities cannot be considered).
Work Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Emiratisation programs.
- Experience in retail, luxury, or related sectors is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
