Job summary

A recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to manage the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in events or hospitality. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations support. The role requires strong organizational skills and a willingness to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer letter to exit formalities.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, visa processes, and HR compliance.
  • Deliver induction programs and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives aligned with company culture.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for staff, supporting wellbeing and motivation.
  • Organize employee events, training programs, and recognition activities.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and KPI reporting.
  • Draft HR reports and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Event & Travel Support:
  • Provide HR support during events, including temporary workforce onboarding.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and on-site HR logistics.
  • Be available to travel internationally as required.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel frequently and work in a project-driven environment.
