HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the Head of HR for Cartier UAE, reporting to the HRD Cartier MEIAT, you will lead the design and execution of the HR strategy for Cartier UAE (Office & Boutique population), ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. This role is part of the UAE Executive Committee, working with other senior leaders to integrate the human resources function within the overall business strategy and act as a trusted adviser on organizational structure and effectiveness.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Success in this role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or similar, with at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the UAE or MEIA region. Industry experience in retail, talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation is essential. Strong stakeholder management, influence skills, and knowledge of UAE labor laws are crucial.
