Job Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
