Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales - Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our HR consulting services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and cold calling
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to effectively sell our services
Qualifications :
  • Must be a native Arabic speaker
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Working days :

5 days in week (8 : 30 am -5 : 30 pm)
