Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer with expertise in onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also be fluent in Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
  • Handle HR processes for a headcount of over 1000 employees.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and manage the HR budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on onboarding and payroll.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Tagalog, and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
