Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and grievances.
• Help implement HR policies and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and paper).
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and related documentation.
• Assist with leave management, timesheets, and payroll inputs.

Performance Management

• Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain records.
• Track performance improvement plans and assist managers as needed.

Training & Development

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee development plans.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Generate HR reports and assist in audit preparations.
• Handle all HR matters with strict confidentiality.
