Entertainment Stage Manager - Team Leadership & Shows

An international organization in the UAE is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager to lead entertainment operations. This role involves managing team leaders, ensuring quality performances, and coordinating events. Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in leadership and 2 years in the entertainment industry.
- Ability to manage a team and cover for the Head of the Department.

Responsabilités
- Manage Team Leaders and provide guidance for their training and appraisals.
- Coordinate character appearances and entertainment events.
- Liaise with Maintenance to resolve technical issues.
