• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and high quality.
• Supervise barista team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior baristas in coffee preparation, service standards, and customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, and related supplies; coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with company and local regulations.
• Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and report operational metrics to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Support development of new coffee menus and seasonal offerings.
• Assist in scheduling, staff allocation, and shift management to optimize workflow.
