Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately process all daily cash transactions, including sales, payments, and refunds.
Reconcile daily cash balances and bank statements.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize automotive industry knowledge to optimize inventory management and billing processes.
Collaborate effectively with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial procedures and controls.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience as a cashier or accountant, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred, but not essential).
