Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to expand market share in the aftermarket parts sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales, marketing, and distribution, with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to achieve business targets.- Plan and manage parts sales budgets in line with company objectives.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.- Establish pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer retention.- Identify new business opportunities in the aftermarket parts segment.- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance performance.Requirements- 10+ years in automotive parts sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.- In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and branding.- Arabic speaker are preferred.
