A dynamic company in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Business Support Executive & PA to COO. You will support the COO with executive-level tasks, oversee special projects, and ensure effective communication across various business functions. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential tasks. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Executive & PA to COO to work across multiple business functions supporting and/or managing special projects within Aquaforce Group. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational effectiveness while working closely with the Group COO on a strategic company restructure of our Dubai office and Jebel Ali Manufacturing Unit. Given the nature of the role a high degree of sensitivity discretion and professionalism is essential.
In addition to business support responsibilities the role will also involve Personal Assistant (PA) duties for the COO including managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential communications.
