A prestigious hotel in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support recruitment and maintain employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to ethical practices. Responsibilities include recruitment planning, compliance with UAE labor laws, and maintaining employee documentation. Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, you are responsible to provide a pro-active and supportive Human Resources service, upholding of the Hotel’s goals of GEI and Profitability. Ensures that the HR Department is approachable, helpful and meets the needs of our ‘internal guests’ at all times. The HR Specialist assists the Director of HR and HR team to develop and implement initiatives which embrace Starwood values and ensure that all employees are treated in a positive, fair and supportive manner throughout their employment.
