If so, we invite you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Retail, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our organization's future through effective Talent Acquisition. Partnering closely with the wider Richemont Talent Function and HR, you will be responsible for the mapping, sourcing, pre-assessment, and hiring for current & future Retail roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for our internal Boutiques. As a driver of Retail Recruitment, you will identify, engage, and animate a pipeline of candidates for diverse roles in the Retail environment – from Back-Office to Sales and Retail Management. You will also define and apply an optimized direct sourcing strategy for the MEIA region, including defining search channels and 'mystery-shopping'. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the effective adoption and execution of the group Talent Acquisition strategy, the value-add to the business reality, and an exceptional candidate experience – regardless of the outcome for the talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage both proactive and reactive Retail recruitment efforts for a variety of operational roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Pool Creation: Develop and maintain talent pools for critical skill areas, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates. Map out the Retail Talent landscape across all markets of the Region to drive informed recruitment strategies.
  • Retail Proximity: Nurture your diverse networks and pipelines to ensure high interest in passive candidates and a personal quality experience.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Boutique Management, HR, and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process in partnership with HR, ensuring competitive and attractive packages that align with company guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our talent acquisition processes.
  • University & TA Assessment Projects: Support university recruitment initiatives and lead assessment days for high-volume recruitment, contributing to our employer branding efforts and building relationships for future talent & pipelining.

You will also have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates.
  • Agility in Stakeholder Management.
  • The ability to navigate and master various online and offline sourcing channels.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
