Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and selection for UAE National roles across the Group.
• Maintain and report on UAE National headcount hiring targets.
• Provide data and analytics to stakeholders on UAEN data and trends.
• Establish relationships with educational institutions for pipeline creation.
• Develop/update job descriptions tailored for UAE National roles.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews/assessments for candidates.
