The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on risk assessment management and crisis management. They should be a strategic thinker capable of leading teams in complex organizational settings. Responsibilities include anticipating security risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring systems are current with the latest technology.

The Security Manager will oversee all aspects of organizational security, including personnel safety, physical security, IT security, data protection, and emergency preparedness and response planning. They will develop and implement security policies and procedures, liaise with government agencies as necessary, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
