Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider is seeking an experienced HSE Officer in Dubai. This role involves implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HSE experience preferably within the UAE, possess a NEBOSH IGC certification, and demonstrate strong knowledge of safety protocols and UAE regulations. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HSE experience in construction, engineering, or oil & gas.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and Dubai Municipality safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies according to UAE laws.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor environmental compliance and deliver HSE training programs.
• Maintain accident reports and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
