A leading grooming and beauty company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a financial manager to ensure the integrity of financial reports and oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local laws. This role involves managing audits, providing insights for strategic decisions, and supervising a finance team.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and tax laws.
- Ability to lead internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Responsabilités
- Direct the preparation of financial reports.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets and cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and manage audits.
- Provide financial insights for decision making.
- Support business units with financial analysis.
- Improve financial controls and processes.
- Supervise finance team members.
Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, other reporting as per request.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations (accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasts, cashflows etc)
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Lead & manage internal & external audits.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with business heads, operations team and other departments to support management decision making.
Support business units with financial analysis and performance tracking.
Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, banks, auditors, and externalstakeholders.
