Job Summary :

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Oracle Functional Fusion Consultants with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Finance modules. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in end-to-end implementation projects and be able to contribute both technically and functionally to client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the design, development, customization, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Provide technical solutions and integrations for financial systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth post-implementation support.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Role Requirements and Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with 3 to 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong knowledge of RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, ADF, and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs).
• Expertise in data migration, integration, and customization within Fusion Finance.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
