About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join The Finance team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Identify and record charges from corporate credit cards, ensuring accurate allocation to the appropriate accounts.
• Identify and record technical service fee payments in the JI debtors account, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services business units, completing month‑end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure completion of bank reconciliations and related balance sheets by specified deadlines, maintaining adherence to SLA agreements.
• Provide support to team members and stakeholders, resolving queries promptly to maintain a seamless work environment.
• Forward monthly backups to the appointed company for archiving purposes, ensuring data security and compliance with record‑keeping requirements.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Finance within hospitality or customer service‑related industry.
• Professional Finance or Accounting Certification (i.e. CPA, CIMA).
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced).
• Leadership and team management skills
