Job summary
A floral retail company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead operations and manage staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a flower shop or retail environment, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a bonus. Join our team and contribute to our success in providing exceptional floral services.

Skills
We’re looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor (with experience in flower shop Management) to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our flower shop in Dubai. 2 years minimum proven experience as a supervisor in a flower shop or retail store. Strong leadership and team management skills. Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of floral products and arrangements is a plus. Able to handle stock, staff schedules, and daily sales reporting. Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
