Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the listings team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute listing strategies to increase property inventory.
• Acquire new listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date and professionally presented.
• Oversee listings across platforms such as Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize property exposure.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate listings or sales.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and property portals.
