We are looking for a Financial Systems Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for financial systems and help users with system issues, month-end closing, and financial data reporting. The role also involves supporting system improvements, training users, and maintaining master data accuracy.
- Financial Systems Support (L1/L2):
- Help users with financial system issues.
- Work with the IT team to resolve system tickets.
- Approve and manage user access for financial systems.
- Month-End Closing (MEC) Support:
- Assist in processing financial transactions and data uploads.
- Help with data checks, reconciliations, and reporting during month-end.
- Work with BI and HUB teams to ensure accurate financial reports.
- Master Data & Compliance:
- Guide users on creating correct financial master data.
- Ensure all processes follow company policies.
- User Training & Support:
- Provide training and system awareness for finance and non-finance users.
- Be the go-to person for system-related questions.
- System Improvements:
- Support system upgrades and improvements.
- Prepare simple documentation (BRD) for system changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- Experience with SAP Financial systems and financial reports.
- Good understanding of month-end closing and financial data.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT ticketing systems.
