A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee human resources planning and implementation of policies within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of GCC experience, a Bachelor's in Economics or management, and excellent communication skills in English. - Be responsible for the human resources planning / plan of the business sector (Sales Functions)
- Be responsible for the human resources base work of the business sector (Sales and Functions)
- Assist in the implementation of human resources policies systems and key projects in the business sector
- Be responsible for the organization optimization, organize the review and revision work of the organization R&R and job description
- Be responsible for regular talent inventory, lead to carry out vacancy position management, key positions succession plans, management promotion / transfer and other staff development related work
- Assist in the HR related work such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance etc.
- Degree (Bachelor level) in Economics and management or related
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication
- Candidates fluent in Chinese/Mandarin dialect are preferred
