Our esteemed client, a VIP household in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the housekeeping and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and orderliness are maintained.
• Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping and hospitality.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a VIP household environment.
