Job description
Position: Facilities Coordinator
Type: Outsourced
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary: AED 5000 - AED 5500
Working Days & Time: 6 Days and standard hours
Mandatory Skills: MEP, facilities, administrative, High Rise
Job Description:
- Coordinate with contractors on work progress and resolve critical issues affecting communities and developments.
- Provide technical assistance to communities and service providers as needed.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist in quick issue resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant teams during crises and escalate issues as per policies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of MEP services in high-rise buildings (mandatory).
