You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
2. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using testing tools.
3. Perform manual and automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and usability aspects of the product.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
5. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
6. Ensure that software meets or exceeds quality standards before deployment.
7. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
